User Obligations:

• Providing accurate and verifiable information for consultation.
• Using the educational materials and tools offered for legitimate and professional purposes.
• Not holding the platform responsible for investment decisions made solely based on the general information provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

Hadikonser services are offered as consulting and educational tools. We do not guarantee specific results, profits, or a particular campaign ROI. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business damages.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

Prices for courses and consulting services are displayed transparently. Refunds are analyzed on a case-by-case basis, within 14 days of purchase, only for unfinished and not substantially accessed digital courses. Personalized consulting services are non-refundable once the session has begun.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, uses the platform for fraudulent or harmful activities, or whose conduct affects our operations or brand reputation.

6. Modifications to the Terms
